it is not a:

For highly skilled workers, investors and entrepreneurs

For sponsored skilled workers

For temporary workers

For workers from the European Economic Area and Switzerland

then maybe it could be

Other categories but it is say it is "Other categories - now closed"

but it is a nanny work and i cant see any of those categories there just go under that a little bit.

Have look at it for long time... no luck

The UK has recently brought in a points system for workers from outside the EU. I doubt a nanny is going to qualify for a work visa to the UK. There will be enough UK & EU people doing this job.

Employment as a nanny would be classed as a domestic worker.

To be eligible, the person concerned must, among other requirements

have been working as a domestic worker in the same house as your employer for at least one year immediately before your application; or

have been working for at least one year immediately before your application, in a household that your employer uses on a regular basis and there is evidence of a connection between you and the employer

See Eligibility

If the person concerned does not meet the above criteria, you may be able to obtain a work permit for them if you can show that you have been unable to fill the post from within the EU; but, I agree with Charlie B that for a nanny this would be probably not be possible.
