PvtDick Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Yes: La Boulange. Just in Soi Convent, on the right hand side. Also, there is a Le Notre bakery on Soi Langsuan, with a branch in the lobby of the Sofitel Silom hotel.
billd766 Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 There used to be a bakery at the side of Villa supermarket bt Sukhumvit 31. You have to go into the car parking area ti find it near the BIS language school. They did some very good english style bread.
theviking Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 S&P in all major shopping malls. Just give them you're own recipe (in thai) and they will bake it after you're wish.
bigchang Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 try the foodland in sukhumvit soi 5,has got a good selection of european breads bc
joebuzzard Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 I like Villa or Emporium Gourmet shop for the dark, textured breads. Foodland actually has a pretty poor selection of bread.
Mango-Guy Posted January 28, 2005 Author Posted January 28, 2005 Cool. Sounds like getting decent bread will not be a problem. Thanks for these pointers everyone.
