No. It will be an extended public holiday for civil servants. You will have to wait till Monday.

My 90 days finish on 19.04. and I wanted to go on 17.04. to renew. If I go on the 20th. do I have to expect to be punished ??

Or will this be considered as normal ?

Erich could be talking about a WP which is tied to a multi Non-Imm-B visa for which he does not have an extension of stay. - hence - the 90 days WP renewal.
