Without knowing many details about the case, it's really hard to say. Personally, I think he's guilty. Legally, they may have a hard time (from what I've seen so far). The evidence found is really nothing. Barely legal is still legal. Books. Well, depends on how the books are presented. Is it considered art? There have been cases in California, where the judges have ruled that some photos are "art." Tough one really. Unwashed underwear. If it has his seman on it, that might be difficult to refute.
