sinbadsailor
Hi Guys, I need a new 1 year Multi entry Non-Imm "O" visa and was thinking of going to Blighty to get it. My question is are they easy to get there and do you need to show funds to qualify for it. I was also thinking of going to Perth, but I thought it would be easier from my own country. Any thoughts? PREM-R
Hi sinbadsailor, The general view of contributors to this site seems to be that London is not 'visa friendly' and that the best places are Hull and Birmingham. As to the requirements for any particular type of visa, you can use the very comprehensive listings on the home page of this site, where you should find the info you need or vist the Hull consulate website. dr_Pat_Pong
Sinbadsailor ...heheheh I like it SIN-BAD-SAILOR Perth is good for a multi, it takes a couple of days. Brisbane is better does the visa's while you wait. Don't go near the Thai Embassy London.
sinbadsailor
Does it matter I am a Brit, and also do I need to show any bank statements or anything. Cheers.
dr_Pat_Pong
The Brisbane and Perth view is you need to prove all that when / if you seek extension in Thailand. So to get the multi there no problems.

dr_Pat_Pong
IF you go to Brisbanr or Perth you will not have a problem. Aussies will still help a Brit
