Judging from the height of that wave (at least 20 stories high), I'd say that perhaps a little "digital enhancement" has taken place.

It's not a pic of the recent tsunami. It was mentioned if Farang Affairs (in The Nation) two weeks ago, apparently from a tsunami in HK..?

For those that are interested, there have been a lot of fake tsunami photos going around. Don't believe everything you see or read.
