I have a one year non imm O ( marriage ) visa. ( from within Thailand )

I have to renew my visa again in May.

The problem is that my 400.000 Baht in my bank is not there for 3 months until the end of May.

I believe that i can get a 60 days extension on my visa before i apply for a new visa.

In this way i will have the 400.000 baht for 3 months in my bank account.

And the second question, They told me that from the 3 months the account has to be over 400.000 Baht for 2 months, only does this has to be 2 consecutive months or are they counting 60 days total of the 90 days.

As always every info is welcome.

The police order states that only 2 months is needed.

Some immigration offices have made their own rule and want 3 months.

Pattaya and Chiang Mai have been reported to be asking for 3 months..
