hi all, sorry about the title,im living in the uk but travel to thailand every 6 weeks for a month and so on, i made a will and gave to my wife, however should i die how will she and the kids get their inheritance,

i have a flat in london money in the bank and shares, the reason i ask is that i dont have familly in the uk and not many friends , and was thinking i am married to my wife all through the embassy, but i never did the last thing which was register the marriage, in the uk but its not really registered!!!!!, if you know what i mean,

should i die somebody will check for my next of kin how can i know it is my wife

all help appreaciated

Best make sure that marriage is registered in the UK and Thailand, give a copy of it to the wife along with a copy of the Will, with instruction on where the originals are kept and how and who can asset them. You also might to consult a Lawyer in the UK, and just for sure do likewise on your next visit to Thailand. Best of Luck. :o:D
