I live in Perth, Western Australia -

looking for, and can't find, those metal buffet BBQ plates that you use around Thailand. They have like holes in them where the fat drips through, and surrounded by a moat of water for cooking vegies. does anyone know where I can get one of these in W.A?

I haven't got a clue on where to get one in Aus., but why don't you get a friend in Thailand to send you one? I know you can find them everywhere here.

Sounds like a Korean style table BBQ. Do you have any Korean restaurants in Perth? They could suggest a source.
