Hi,

It is cheaper for me to fly via Bangkok all the time so currently i've been in bangkok 2 times.

The 1st time was granted 30 days but used 4 days.

The 2nd time was granted 15 = 7 and used 21 days.

I wanted to come back 4 more times,

the 1st one for a maximum of 30 days,

the second one for approximately 4 days

the 3rd one for around 10 days

and the last one for 30 days!

However the visa run only allows me to do it 3 times, so can i apply for a different visa at Nepal (my next destination)

Thanks a milllion in advance,

Best regards

The rule you refering to no longer exists and was a maximum of 90 days during a 6 month period.

Each time you arrive by air in Thailand you will get a permission to stay for 30 days if you are from a western country.

There is no limit on the number of entries that you can make.

The rule that limited entries to 90 days in 6 months was done away with last November.

You could get a tourist visa at a Thai conulate or embassy if you wish.

As far as I know the rules have been changed...Flying into Thailand from abroad gives most people a 30 day visa exempt stamp in their passports. There is now no limit for the number of entries into the country. If you arrive in Thailand overland, water etc. anything other than flying in then you will get a 15 day visa exempt stamp. Same rules, no limit.

So just to make it clear for a stupid dane like me... (Denmark to fellow stupid danes!)

I can, without a visa, enter thailand as much as i like all i have to do is do a VISA-run every 30 days (if i'm flying) and i can do this unlimited times?

Thanks again, you just saved me a bunch of money.. :-)

Yes, but an airline can deny you boarding if you don't have a ticket out of Thailand within those 30 days! A lot of airlines don't check, but some do.
