My multiple non O runs out in middle of August, since I never used the 15 month option my question is

1. How many days before my visa runs out, do I have to leave Thailand

2. Does this option apply for flights or for land crossings as well

3. Can I expect any problems on re entry since I will enter Thailand with no current visa

4. Any charges for the extra 3 month on re entry

I am Australian over 50 years and married to a Thai national

Thanks in advance

Hey Fred

We were in KL roughly the same time (Aug 2008) to get our Non O multi entries. Since then (actually Nov 2008), the law has changed and you can apply for a 1 year extension here in LoS. Are you aware of the B400K in the bank route and thus apply for a 1 year extension based on marriage?

If you leave before the use before date of your visa you will get another 90 day entry without any problem.

You can do it the day before or as many days ahead of that date as you want.

Using the last entry is no different than any other entry.

Once you enter the country the visa no longer matters, It is your permit to stay that counts.

not receiving any income from overseas

Thanks again

After sneeking in another 3 months you can then get a one off 60 day extension to visit your Wife. This can be got from Immigration. 1,900 Baht.

This would give you a bit more time.
