In the Good Old Days when Soi Cowboy was Hot Stuff my friend Dave was banned by the Soi Cowboy Bar Owners from ever being allowed back on Soi Cowboy. Think that was an all Thailand record. His sin? He was going into a bar, ordering a round for all, then slipping out to another bar without paying. They caught him on the 4th go round. Had the police escort him back to his hotel (after extracting all his money) and informed the hotel owner (my friend) that if Dave ever appeared on Soi Cowboy again they (the police) would kick the crap out of him. Dave wanted to go there again the next night, but the hotel owner stopped him.

Dave wasn't the brightest light in the forest (he was from Texas).

I go out to pubs to have a few with friends or watch rugby and she doesn't mind, nor do I if she wants to go dance with some friends at a club.
