And are the steps to do so. Everything will be done under my wifes name so I'm looking for the regulations for locals and not forigner. We just about to buy a land and planing to build about 30 rooms for rent. I tried to serch the forum but is impossible as 99% of the topics containing the words: Land, Tax, Build Anyone can help?
