Phuket - Dematologist Recommendation?

Featured Replies

Hello,

My girlfriend has developed a skin condition over the last year on her face only prior to meeting me.

She is Thai-Lao, and upon coming to Phuket, the condition materialized and worsened over the last year.

I am seeking a qualified dermatologist who can perform the proper procedures and tests and isolate the cause of the condition.

We are not interested in guessing by giving her different pharmaceuticals or cremes each week.

We would like to know if it is:

  • Hormones
  • Diet
  • Symptom of underlying medical condition
  • Bacterial Infection
  • Allergy

Any doctor's recommendations would be welcome, as well as suggestions for tests that might isolate if there is a moderate to serious medical condition this could be a symptom of. We are not asking for speculation on the condition, just recommendations for tests and procedures from qualified, licensed professionals.

Anyhow, hopefully this post is concise and to the point, -thanks in advance for your thoughts. Remember, we live in Phuket so any recommendations that keep this in mind are also quite appreciated.

-dsy
