eddiemonster
Can anyone recommend a filler for aluminium frames, if there is such a thing? I have small holes where blind fittings have been removed and i am also considering replacing the door handles which will also obviously leave holes. trogers
Long term solution - replace the frame and hardware.
Artisi
Look for an epoxy patching kit for car radiators in the auto section BigC or Lotus - you might then have to colour match and apply a little paint.
Crossy
I'd go with the pop-rivet solution http://www.emhart.com/products/pop/default.asp any form of filler will IMHO look bad unless you're painting the frame afterward. If you can get them in the colour of your frame Aluminium rivets will look like they are supposed to be there
