Does any of the Forum Members have a first hand experience of a successful and satisfactory transfer of ownership through the assitance of a law firm? How much is it likely to cost? My budget is of the order of 4.5-5.0 mil baht.Is the legal fee based on the condo cost? Can the name of this firm be divulged? If it is against the Forum Rules can you e-mail me the name?
