every non gay knows that one, YMCA of course

That song is often used to mock us. I don't consider it the definitive gay anthem at all! It's kind of the Amos and Andy of gay songs.

Music tastes often do give us away. I remember as a teen even before I fully considered myself a homo, I expressed interest in going to a Bette Middler concert. To my straight buddies, that gave it away, they knew before I knew ... It is kind of funny why gays often go for female diva type singers.

This forums getting boring so lets talk music.

For me the Dame Shirley Bassy" Lets get this party started" takes some beating but lets put together the ultimate playlist.

That reminds me...Does anyone know a link or place on the net where I can find that funny Thai version of "I will Survive?" :)

Not Thai, but gayer, thankfully shorter, and a much better ending ...

And the song which should be iconic is a toss-up:

OR

(But then I though Roseanne's version of 'The Star Strangled Banner' was a classic).

There's quite a few Thai versions of 'I Will Survive' on YouTube, none of them memorable.
