my bf got non B visa multiple from uk before he came to thailand.he got work permit but he was terminated by company and the company cancled his work permit and company didnt give him work permit and then he get new job as teacher for private school but not get work permit yet as school said its during his probation 3 months,unfortunately he had fight with thai person and that person knew that he doesnt have work permit and that person gonna report him at immigration bureau to catch him.so i wanna know that my bf gonna be arrest ??can the school can help him?and also as i heard if some thai host give the place for farang to stay and not register that person gonna be arrest too?(he stay with my family house for 3 months but now he stay at aparment) and if he is unlucky to be arrest he has to go back to uk?or he just pay the fine?please reply me i really want to know:(

Working without a WP is a criminal offense, for both you bf and the school. He can be arrested and deported for it. Nothing the school can do about it, but let the director of the school try to negotiate with the person your bf was fighting with so he doesn't go to the immigration police.

Your boy friend should push the school to get his work permit. They can get into trouble for him working without it also.

It is probably somebody just spouting off about reporting him to immigration.

Also immigration may not pay any attention to him because it is not their job to enforce labor laws. It is the Department of Employments job.

Nobody is going to bother you about this.since he no longer lives at your home. By the rules your family should of made a report to immigration that he was staying with them.
