Laser Skin Treatment

In the past I have had IPL treatments which did help but time and the sun have continued to take their toll and I would really like to look may best in 2 months time when I go back to farang land for a visit (vanity, thy namei s woman....) so considering something a bit more extensive. Target are mild sun spots/age spots and a bit of vascularization.

There are a bewildering array of laser machines out there and some (e.g. Fraxel) are being very aggressively marketed but from what I read do not really perfom all that well. Obviously what I need/want is a good doc with access to a range of lasers and incliniation to recommend what will get the bestresult for a particular problem rather than push the laser treatment de jour or be influenced by cost factors.

Also should be someone familiar with treating Caucasian skin..

Any recommendations?
