Managerial Position Required

I have solid experience in financial and general management in varied fields. At the moment, I am in Phuket on a tourist visa for 6 months, in my previous position I was appointed Practice Manager for St James Place, London UK. I was responsible for responding to client queries, requests and comlapints, tracking client investments and producing summaries of client portfolios. I had to keep abreast of new laws and regulations, and translate these into simple terms to clarify to clients.

Prior to this, I undertook remits as a Performance and Quality Analyst for Network Housing Group which required translating a high volume of information collected on surveys and databases into detailed reports and summaries which I presented graphically using presentation software and in written report form. I was responsible for producing monthly activity and performance schedules. I liaise extensively with Senior Managers in Housing, Finance and related departments to ensure performance information is translated into real improvements to services.
