Hello, **.

My name is Anders Olesen, I am 29 years old and educated Danish baker, 1996,

I have worked as a cook/baker in the danish marine navy, og and on board a

little coster in the Caribbean/South Amerika.

I have been traveling around the world, and the 5-6 last years I have,

primary concentrateing me in only using the French bakering methods.

Where i work with only sourdough, cold-raising and with no use of yeast,

sugar, fats and other preservatives.

I have 4 years experience as a head Baker, and 2 years experience as a

Bakery manager in a bakeri/cafè, where I have delivered extreme good

results.

right now i working as a service manager / Bakery sous chef for shangri-la

hotels and resort villingli Maldives
