Scared To Death I Have Hiv - Cought Pnumonia

Please can someone give me some real advise and thoughts I'm going mad and everything I read makes me think it more.

I was in koh chang on lonely beech, in a bar very drunk. When two Thai girls said hello, me and a stranger if been talking to talked to them for a few mins, then sat and talked for another ten, before she asked if I was coming back to hers.

The other lad went with the other girl. When we got to hers we talked for a short while, she showed me a trashy romance novel she was readng, then we got down to sex, I asked her for a condom which he got out her rucksack, she was from somewhere else I can't remember were, she also told me she had a baby back home. I think the girl was about 19-20.

Well half way through sex she said the condom had come off, I pulled out and put another condom on. She moved her hips a lot, thinkig back it was like she was trying to pull it off. She also said she was shit cos I didn't come (was on anti depressents at the time so it delays things, I came in the second condom tho).

Well fast forward two weeks and I came down with pnumonia, I had had a cough since I got to Thailand two weeks before ( I met the girl on my second night). I couldn't move for three days and felt bad for about a week, I had since got back the UK, te xrays showed imflammation on my lung, oh and I also smoke. I also got really sunburnt the week before if that's adds to info.

Well been Reading that the strain over in Thailand is subtype E, and that the inital symtoms can be pnumonia.

Please can some help and gve me facts and stuff to ease my mind I getting tested on Friday

Also, I hear there are woman that go to koh chang just to give tourist HIV, can it be that I was duped Ito sleeping with her and she pulled the condom off. Or put a hole in it? Do Thais do this?

Eh? Don't ask us here. How would we know if you have HIV? Think about it. You may have an STD that's not HIV. Go get an HIV test and also a test for all the common STDs, i.e. gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.
