andyadam Posted February 18, 2005 Share Posted February 18, 2005 My Thai friend has a studio for rent in Bang Na, SE of the city. 5 minutes from the expressway into town, 15 minutes from Central, 20 minutes from the BTS On Nut and Lotus. Nice quiet location with pool, small gym, minimart, laundry service, security, car parking. The studio has aircon, electric hob in a seperate kitchen, but NO fridge included (big C, 4500 baht - saw it in their paper) not sure about a TV. 5000 a month, minimum 3 month contract, 2 months deposit and a months rent up front to move in. I have lived in the same condo for 2 years and have no plans to move, it costs me 100 baht a month for water, 2500 for power and 250 for basic UBC, the power is high because the aircon is on 18 hours a day!!!
