I know about mulberry (saa) paper, but never saw any mulberries for sale. Can they be bought in Chiangmai and if so, where ?

You'll find them in Tops and Rimping supermarkets during the season. Have also seen them in Muang Mai market.

Surprisingly, most mulberry used to make Saa paper is imported from Burma or China. Locally produced fiber is too expensive.
