From what I can gather, Thailand is a pretty hard place to be female and single. Many of my female Western women friends have moved on because of this. Don't forget (and those who have been in any kind of western relationship will know this) Western women do value manogamy which doesn't go down too well with the Thai male. When I was a young lad of 20, I went to Taiwan where I met a Japanese woman of 43.  She had a few too many after an evening of gambling at the old US Airforce officer's club, and we made it back to my room where she promptly fell asleep.  I left her on the bed and slept on the couch.  She thought that was rather "cute," as she said, and invited me to her place for breakfast.  I left to catch my plane 6 days later.

This was aboslutley, without doubt, one of the best experiences of my life. I don't mean to sound trite, but she taught me an enormous amount which has made many people happier down the line than if I never had the benefit of her efforts.

Well now, this post certainly reconnected a few million neurons again, as I delved into the past of yonks ago.

I agree with bonobo completely about the connection of a young man with an experienced older woman.

While right now I've been resident in the LOS for nearly 3 years, with a molten hot Thai wife 25 yrs younger than me, she has never had any cause for complaint, nor have I been subjected to any flatlining, despite being a doddering old git.

I put this down to being tutored by an older woman, when I was a raw lad all those years ago.

In fact as a young lad, I had no experience with birds of my own age, apart from the usual furtive gropings in the back row at the local fleapit.

But she was also staring at me, and remarked that I was the double of James Dean,[a movie star who had been decapitated in his sports car.] Although I was bigger and taller.

Somehow as the coversation progressed, I found myself to be completely at ease with her. She was a classy lady age 43 and divorced with an 11 yr old daughter and worked as a translater in a government office.

So this is how my six month liason with her, got under way. It only came to an end when the squadren moved for a stint to Malta.

But what a scintillating time it was for me. When she realized that my fumbling advances showed I had'nt got a clue, she used my very fit body as a raw lump of clay, to be molded as she required. In return she taught me everything there is to know about enabling a woman to achieve multiple orgasms, whether by various sexual positions or performed orally.

And how to take care before and after. But its the overall scheme of things that matter the most, like knowing how to act when in the company of a lady and instilling confidence in her that if she ever fell into a situation of being in harms way, then you would be there to protect her.

Good story, and an experience which should grace every young man's life.  

In much of the West, we tend to assume that sex is natural and somehow all skill will magically appear without the benefit of discussion and teaching. Oh, sure, the act of copulation is natural, and two neophytes can fumble around enough in the dark to exchange fluids.  But the ability to maximize the pleasures, physically and mentally, is not stamped in our DNA, but are rather learned (and watching porn tapes, which seems to be the method of learning used by many Thais and I guess others as well, is hardly an adequate or even effective learning technique).  In almost all other areas, we learn things from people more experienced in that subject.  Too bad we can't treat sex the same way (in my opinion.)
