The Ambassodor Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11 has a gym that was offering a pretty good rate, at least according to a friend of mine who was a member.

You could try Tara Hotel Sukhumvit Soi 26 about 200 yard down Soi on right.

Agree Ambassador was the best deal - you had to wait for the gym staff to finish using the apparatus before you could use it though.

Grand President on Sukhumvit 11 was also good deal - depending on how good a deal you could do with the Manager.

My info could be out of date + don't know about Jacuzzi.
