I am undergoing medically supervised Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). In that connection I have been made aware that it is desirable to supplement the TRT with Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), which prevents the body from shutting down the internal production of T, thus avoiding all kinds of nasty things, such as testicular atrophy. However, at the moment I live in Nepal and have not been able to locate HCG here. Does anyone know if it can be bought at pharmacies in Bangkok and if a prescription is needed.

Thanks!

HCG is a controlled substance in Thailand, legally available only from a hospital pharmacy on doctor presecription.

As you are under medical care, it may be possible to obtain it from a Thai hospital if you bring your medical records with you.

Note that HCG needs to be keopt refrigerated.

Posters are reminded that discussion of illegal activity is contrary to forum rules and a post has been deleted accordingly.
