Double-entry Visa From Singapore For Thailand Tourist

So, I'm in Thailand on a triple-entry tourist visa from Houston, Texas, USA, which is very easy to get a triple-entry visa. Although you have to submit paperwork and copies of your bank account and flight plan, they don't really require you to have an exit flight from the country. So I got my visa without a problem.

As of next month I will of used up all of my three visas and will get my last 30-day extension, making me leave the country mid-September. At which time I was going to fly to Singapore (great special running til the 19th on Air Asia, FYI) to experience Singapore for a few days and get a double entry visa so I could stretch it out to 6 months and then I plan on leaving Thailand altogether.

However, can I get a double-entry tourist visa from Singapore AND are they strict on providing paperwork showing you have at least 1,000 USD in the bank AND a in/out flight already booked for Thailand?

Reason asking... I'm tight on money right now and have been working online but don't have the funds of $1,000 USD in the bank or excess money to buy extra plane tickets.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Singapore will not normally issue more than a single entry visa. The only place in the area that does routine issue is Vientiane.

Does anything think people will have a problem with this:

I'm finishing my triple-entry tourist visa. So I extend it by 30-days. Then I fly to Singapore and re-enter Thailand on a 30-day tourist visa on-arrival. When that ends I fly to Vientiane and get a double-entry tourist visa which I could extend twice in Thailand to last 6 months. Then I leave the country altogether.

If this works, then does Vientiane need anything besides the visa fee and application?

You should have no problem with your plan. You will need to do a border run in the middle. Plus the Visas will be free.

How long are tourist visas free from Laos and do I need to provide any proof of bank statement or outward travel out of Thailand?
