Extradited from Thailand

Maybe buffy is a troll.

If he is being extradites and the dutch and thai governments have had to go to all expense and trouble to bring him back then wouldn't buffy be under police "care".

I may be wrong but then i can't see why he would be posting here if he was in the midst of an extradition case.

Just my thoughts

He certainly ain't too fast in clearing the murky waters. You might be right :o

Do we want yet another low life crim here ?

Maybe require police report before allowing member status?

I could come up with some additional requirements :o

Please Buffy!!!!! Will you answer the simple question put to you before? What is the crime that you are accused of? How can you really expect informed comment and advice if you don't make us aware of the facts??

According to his post he is not accused of anything, he has to appear as a witness.

I cannot imagine a Thai Court acceding to an order of extradition or rendition just for a reluctant witness to front a foreign Court in a witness capacity. That is not the purpose of lawful extradition.

Mr. Pat Pong does not seem to be very helpfull. In the meantime I am communicating through someone's PM. It is there where I better give the full details of my story.

As much as we would like to help you, as a few posters have already said we need more information.

If you just want your question answered, then the answer has been posted a few times now... Apply for a visa in your home country, that way you will know the answer before you even book a fight ticket.

It is nevertheless factually correct according to Law.

When someone hides their crime, I always presume the worst.

Why otherwise would someone not reveal.

Sorry, Buffy, but to me you are child murderer or a paedophile.

:o Hope you are not allowed back here.

Remember it is a crime to prosecute with out cause as some of the people on this board are doing. They have him now and he will have his day in court to face his crime.

In which case couldn’t be too bad if he is using the computer and not locked away.

I do have 1 thing that does bother me is extradition costs would have to exceed $10,000 or $15,000 dollars I don’t think they would come after you for something that would be a fine of only 4000 euro or a few months in jail.

So this leads me to believe that prisons have internet access, are you on house arrest or in a holding facility?

Dutch prisons are pretty easy going so my mate said, so I expect maybe got net access there.

Neeraram, bit strong aint it? Don't know what the guy has done at all, let him speak out a bit more before judging him, or stuartinbkk, spill the beans.

He said he was a witness and going to be prosecuted, maybe part of a larger organisation, drugs maybe, being Holland and all?

Lots of organised export there. Anyway, could be anything, but curious now, c'mon OP fill us in.

Thank you Madness. Afer being exradited to Holland in december, I have been in prison for questioning for ten days only. My case has been in the press ( TV and newspaper)

and will go to cord by the end of april. In the meanime I am free to go, e- mail, make telephone calls , send faxes and so on. If you have any reasonable comment ( not the same low level as Neeraram and some other bullshiters) you can always reach me directly. [email protected] or GSM 06 11 44 59 43. And don't be stupid, in Holand we have no e-mail or mobile phones in prison! :o

For Stuart, sorry I can't reply your question. No acces to your PM box.

But the anwer is ,, no problem,,

max 4000 euro or 3 weeks behind bars.. That sounds harsh according to Dutch standards but not too Thai standards. So I presume it will not have been that bad an act.

According to his post he is not accused of anything, he has to appear as a witness.

But then he said he is not expected to be found guilty and if he was then the penalty would be light.

Sorry, but it sure looks trollish to me.

I think you are on the money Ajarn :o

He's a troll alright...He would have been in front of a court in Thailand with certain information strong enough for the Dutch authorities to prove an extradition case.

His passport would have been stamped. They do not extradite for a trivial matter or a financial matter or for giving evidence unless it could be proven in a Thai Court that you are facing a jail term.

Next troll......

Extradition doesn't apply to reluctant witnesses.
