Medical Clown Once Again For Real This Time

Featured Replies

well, our kibbutz medical clown is really on his way to a week of service thru the israeli foreign affairs dept. it took them two months to organize but bettter lat than never so,

the dinky little amount of info that he was given is: he will be aprox 1 to 1 and half hours from bangkok at some camp set up for teenagers and young adults, that have survived the tsunami. place name: phaya yen subdistrict.

well, i cant find a place like that , any one else have an idea....

we've taught him how to say hello, thank you, to wei to doctors, to not do the israeli thing and ruffle hair and hug people all the time, to not point with his feet, sort of a mini crash course... he speaks no english only hebrew and spanish so this should be funny. he tried out all his tricks etc on sompong to see reactions, and to see if anything was taboo or sompong could suggest anything... he was given orders to bring back muey thai magazines, and was given shots for whatever....

i'm so jealous, he's going all expenses paid, but on his own work time so the kibbutz couldnt say anything.... since this is thru his work as a clown at a hospital here.....

anybody recognize the place or now of this camp etc... they will be in bangkok one day at a hospital also, doing their clown thing....
