im back again.....

if you have not seen my other post they are about getting my GF to the USA

and the K-1 form

so to do this first i must have her file for a tourist visa because she needs to

check it out here before she can move the last thing we need is our Thai wife's

freaking out and wanting to go home .... right?

(1) This visa she must fill out and needs how much in her bank to get here????

some said 500,000tb is this true????????? no way rally??? come on whats the real price?

(2) Ok say we pay and she is here and back and loves it in the Good old USofA

then i should fill out the K-1 form right... but the trick is she we have to marry

for her to stay or she must go back right????

(3) Now what if we use the K-1 to get her here the first time around and she goes back

this way we dont need the wild amount in her bank... can we do this? and if we can may

we fill it out again so she can return for a later date?

(4) the thai Doury is around 100,000tb right so if her family ask 500,000tb i need to tell

them hel_l no right????

so to do all this and have her at my side i need to bring her here on a tourist visa then if she likes it pay off the family 100,000tb not 500,000tb!!!! do the wedding fill out the K-1 go to the US marry her there and we are about good right??? now we can work on the work visa for her and green card am i right?

and about the amount she needs in the bank so the thai government feels she is safe to come

well i dont know so im asking???

is this right? and is there an easy way to have her come for the first time without putting 500,000 tb in her bank? who has that much laying around ???? i dont...

Rick your best bet is to pay the 12USD fee at the US Embassy in Bangkok which allows you access to all US visa information. There is another fee of about 16USD (not sure of actual fee) which gives you telephone access to a US visa officer who will answer all of your questions. You can gain info on how and where to pay these fee's and gain a Visa info Pin number from the US Bangkok website. Good luck.
