Does anyone know anything about Emerald Palace Condos on Pratumnak Hill? I got some basic info on them but as usual some of it is very confusing.Their website mentions the fact you can buy a car but does not say anything about parking one. There appears to be a parking garage but I cannot find any mention of it.

It says they completed floor 6 around a year ago on one website but it does not appear they have finished the building on the main website. Are they still working on the building or has construction stopped? Thanks for any input on this.

Site is DEAD!! Heard a few owners were meant to be seaking legal council. During these times I would suggest looking at complete or near complete buildings. Too much gamble otherwise.

Activity stopped on this place some time ago, it's just a concrete frame and the developers have no money to finish it.

Nice to see that it was featured on the cover of this month's Pattaya Trader. Surely, it MUST be a good investment...

Almost finished now and looking good. Only differenc is the swimming pool has been moved outdoors.
