Non Imm-o Visa -

Hello,

I searched the forums and found a lot about non-o visas but not all the answers I needed. I got my Non-o visa in penang when they changed that tourist visa back to back. My question about non-o visa because I use it the first time, even my daughter is already 8 years old ( I am 42 years old and German nationality)

1) Can I extend it? If yes, for how- long/many times please?

2) Can I apply for multiple entries without depositing 400k on bank or is multi only with cash deposit?

3) Can I make a driver license with that visa? Can I buy a car in my name?

1. Will depend on meeting requirements. They seem to require live with and at least joint custody. Also 400k in bank or 40k income as with wife extension. Extensions are one year and believe until child 20. You can not extend a non immigrant visa for 30 days like you can a tourist visa. But there is a provision to extend for 60 days to visit child.

2. You should have a bank account with 20-100k in it to show for a multi entry visa at Consulates in the area - although people have obtain without. The 400k is for extensions of stay as above; at immigration.

Birth certificate of my daughter with my name on it as her father.
