I did use primedius before but am no longer subscribed - with that I could get anywhere. Proxy4free is blocked by the Thai police (actually by your ISP), loads of other unblocked proxy sites about though. Use Google. App called OpenHTTP Proxy will search and find the right one for you, lots of them in subnet you want to - lets say 63.x.x.x or some 195.x.x.x or wherever. run it, get your proxy and enjoy :-) P.S. same for SMTP - for those who feels lonely and want to contact few thousands users... My understanding is that the filtering is done at the CAT office servers NAT tables prior to hitting the internet at large.. Hence it seems hard to 'proxy' your way through these port blocks as the proxy is always further upstream than the first local server..
