Is it all Provinces and is it composed of Districts within the Provinces?

How can I learn this?

Thank you kindly

- Province (จังหวัด - Jungwat)

- District (อำเภอ - Ampor)

- Sub-District (ตำบล - Tumbon)

However, only in BKK, Ampor is called เขต "Khet" and Tumbon is called แขวง "Kwang".

Buy a Garman GPS with a Thai map installed. It is an almost necessity for foreign vistors traveling on their own without a Thai guide. The reason being is you can't read the road or street signs. It helps to have a good sense of direction as well. My Thai lady friend had one when were were driving around Krabi in the country, and the GPS was a great addition.
