hi can any 1 tell me if a uk ilr visa can be revoked after having it for 4 weeks? has after the thai women had her visa she left her home and her full time job, which she had for 3 years, telling her husband that she wants a divorce now that she has her visa, also telling him that all she wants is to have her visa to stay in the uk, and that she just wants to get free benefits and a council home. could her visa be revoked, has it looks like she had her visa through fraud or deception. thanks for your help.

Think this has been covered a million times i will give you a human response not a copy and pasted version.

Simply no only if she used deception which must be proven beyond doubt.

She is also entitled to citizenship once she has been in the UK 3 years or more that is from her first date of entry it includes Tourist visa visits also.
