Good News From Mae Sai Border

As dark rainclouds form over Penang there is yet a single ray of sunshine in Mae Sai.

I asked the nice looking but serious female officer a couple of days ago.

How times can we come here?

She immediately dropped her H1N1 flue prevention mask and with a big smile(the first smile ive ever seen in that place)

She proclaimed "As many times as you want there is no maximum limit"

It is a bit of a stress reliever to know that in case its simply not convenient to make a big trip to another country.
