This week I will purchase a new 2009 135CC Yamaha Nouvo Elegance off the dealer's floor with:

-Mag wheels

-2 years of insurance

-Plates & registration

The price is 60,000 baht out-the-door including all of the above

Does that seem about right?

If you want to double check just pretend your a buyer at another dealer and ask for a quote on the same model.

Surfing... does the price include 1st class insurance or basic insurance. If basic then it is overpriced by about 5,000baht. A mate of mine just last week was quoted 55,500baht (1 year basic). Hope this helps. Allan

Many have reported they buy bike including insurance. Then have a accident and the insurance dont cover. Avoid.

Better buy the Nuevo with mags for 52,000 - then go yourself and get a full cover insurance.

And - add on "bail bond" insurance (bond 200.000) keeps you out of jail if any accident!

Bike/mags + 2 year insurance + 2 year bail bond = aprox 63.000 with real cover.
