I get it from a mate who sells it to me for 1200 bt its half a liter. I like having it in my diet, its works out cheaper then the fish oil capsules im buying.

I have heard rumours too that you can buy it in Villa market and i have seen capsules of GNC in BKK but these are really really much more expensive then the oil itself.

For anyone interested i can give out his phone nr because i dont want to be in the middle.

please fwd info on Flax seed oil -- where to purchase

thanks

A little update, this is what i eat daily for protein intake.

800 grams chicken filet.

1 sirloin beef steak (about 200 grams)?

2 whole eggs (boiled)

3 egg whites (boiled)

Sardines in tomatosauce (100 grams)

Mackerel in tomatosauce (100 grams)

That's about 270 grams protein/day, ex. whey!

That is even more then what i consume, but hey if you think you need that much then go for it. I really wish I could eat the Sardines and Mackerel.

Just curious how long have you been training and how huge are you now.

At the moment i'm skinny! I started working out at age 17 and went from 51kg to 89kg with 8% bodyfat (175cm). I stopped training at 23 because of work, stress and health issues. I lost almost every pound i gained in those 6 years.... 2 years of inactivity really changes your body, especially when you're an ectomorph with a very fast metabolism like me. But... i'm back on track and hope to be "huge" again within 1 to 1.5 years if i keep eating and working out like a monster.
