Hi

I need to fix an ethernet jack to it's supply cable.

If it's cheap it would be useful to have the little tool which pushes the cable into it's slot and cuts off the excess.

Anyone know where I can find one?

cheers

Pretty well any shop that sells networking kit (cable, sockets etc) will have a punch-down or Krone (one of the trade names) tool, the simple low-usage ones don't cut the cable but won't break the bank, a 'real' Krone branded one is not a cheap item :)

You may want to take a socket (or the above piccy) with you to show exactly what you mean :D

Don't use a screwdriver :D
