Thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Word around the campfire is that the Phnom Penh Embassy is the strictest in SE Asia. If you are looking for a NI or tourist visa, I recommend Penang. There are a few agencies on Chulia Street that offer single, double and triple 60-day tourist visas for 120, 220 and 330 Ringgit, respectively.
