After a few questions on here which have gratefully answered it seems i will have to visit KL to get a Multiple Non Imm O visa married to a Thai, i have been told i can do here but due to my situation (really not woth discussing as very sore subject) it would not be a legal way and after being legal for 8 years i dont want to start doing things in the wrong way.

I see quite a few trip reports on KL just have a couple of questions.

1. My extension of stay runs out on 29th Sept so i plan to fly in the evening of that day, is that OK?

2. I will show a thai bank book with 100k and my bank statment from Hong kong for the last 3 months showing more than 40k per month is that enougth?

3. Do i need the document Kor Ror 2

4. I guess the usual docs, marridge cert, Wifes ID, sons birth certificate, wife Tabien bann and a letter form the boss of all bosses (The wife)

Anything else anyone can recomened. I will then fly on to Jakarta for work and return to bkk after that arond 10 day's later does this have a negative impact on the visa i guess i loose 10 day of the visa?

Thanks in advance for any help im extremly grateful

The bank book should be all you need for financial. Coming back after 10 will not be a problem at all - but it will decrease your potential time by that amount as visa use time of one year starts on issue. You will not need the Kor Ror 2.

Agree with lop on all points but I don't realy know if that 100k in the bank is required yes it might help a lot I done my first non O in KL 2 years ago and I had just half of that in the bank at that time and I still got it I guess get all the docs you need including the letter from your wife asking for a visa for you and you should be fine.

Good luck
