Would you advice True corp more than Tot or Ttnt for high speed internet at Jomtien ?

I think that True internet is really reliable in Bangkok, what about Pattaya Jomtien ?

I do not know for Jomtien,

but in South Pattaya True use to be "not too bad" ...

except today : about 5 long interruptions totaling about 6 hours !
