Jersey Jim
Can someone tell me where I need to go to renew the annual registration on a car in Pattaya . Take your Log book back to the dealer he will do it, or go direct to the motor office on 36 behind Regents School. JJ
pattaya_girl
If you go to the Banglamung Office behind the Regents School, there are stalls set up outside the place, you can go to one of the Ladies there who will sort everything out for you for a small fee of about 50bt... Saves going inside the main building and doing it yourself..
bazmlb
Thaivisa Insurance can now also renew your road tax for you, as well as all your other insurance needs for your vehicle. Contact Thaivisa Insurance here to find out more now. From our recent Insurance Newsletter. There are two types of insurance for vehicles in Thailand; the Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) and the Non-Compulsory i.e. voluntary (1st, 2nd and 3rd class insurance). Most people will use the agent to renew their CTPL when also renewing their vehicle registration, separate from the voluntary Insurance. While this may seem like the easier thing to do, it is not always the best as complications can occur if there is an accident and the Insurers are two different companies. There can be items contended by each company and dispute as to which company will cover which part of the claim. Having both types of insurance covered by one company will reduce or remove the potential for any complications in coverage Thaivisa Insurance/ AA Insurance Brokers can provide CTPL Renewals, Non-Compulsory Insurance and Road Tax renewals for you.
