hello my name is jack and im going to be flying to bangkok for a few variouse cosmetic surgeries....... and a great holiday after! obviously the reputation of the clinic means alot to me but after all it all depends on the hands that are working on me.

so my simple question is are all the surgeons at PAI very good or just preecha? and is PAI highly regarded? as to be honest i seek the best even if it means costing a little bitmore?

any help would be greatfully received.....................

also im very glad this forum is semi anoymus as i would never ask this following very embarresing question? lol. Who would be considered as the premeir top penile surgeon for cosmetic alteration on bangkok?

which hospital/clinic would you consider to be the best in the field of plastic surgery and quality?

im having a tough choice in deciding which one to go with?

for example if both establishment give the same quotation and price for a variety of cosmetic surgeries which would you end up going to and why?

Dr Preecha is a renowned surgeon. As he does quite a bit of sex change surgery I expect he would be quite proficient at penile surgery.

I don't know anything about the other doctors at PAI.

As you are willing to pay for the very best I suggest you insist on Dr. Preecha personally doing the procedure.

BTW except for simple outpatient stuff, I think PAI uses Piyavate Hspital for the actual surgery.

thanks very much for all of your help im sure you get this kind of thing very often so thanks for your input...

im just very concerned about getting the correct surgon... im having quiate alot done at one time facial and penile so i suppose what im looking for is the best team bve it headed by preecha or some 1 else? doe preecah carry out surgery for that hospital you mentioned or just PAI now?

PAI uses the facilities at Piyavate for surgical procedures too extensive to be done in an out-patient setting.

You may be looking at twi separate procedures. What type of facila work? Face lift or what?

After reading alot on this forum it seems that Dr Somyos kunachak? is the highest regarded for facial work.... whats your thoughts?

Facial work im going for

nose reshaping and tip work

upper eye lid work

chin implant

cheek reduction (buccal fat)

facial lipo/jaw contouring etc?

in regards to the penile its bit embarresing but ladies have breast enlargment?!

so i decided to get penile lengthening........

but i really dont know whos specialises in that area may be DR Preecha?
