Back Pain And Bad Posture

Featured Replies

I start to suffer more frequently of back pain mainly to my job (I'm sit at least 8-10 hours a day in front of a screen) and I start to be really worried.

I can see my posture is not good as it should be when i'm in front of a mirror and considering my relatively young age (32) I'm scared it may worsen drastically.

I'm having a terapeutic massage once a week right now and try to swim at least twice a week but I can't certainly stop working (hard to keep a perfect posture in front of a computer especially when you are concentrated in something else).

I would like to have a visit somewhere and willing to listen any kind of suggestion to improve my situation.

Does anyone can reccomend a good clinic/hospital where they are specialized in this kind of problems and I can get some proper advice in Bangkok?

Thanks

BNH Hospital, talk to Dr Eakpatipan Spine Ceter there is very famous...

But the best thing to do is to sit correctly. Put a pillow between you lower back and the back rest. Try to keep an upstraight posture......Or prepare yourself for a lot of troubles.....
