On a par with Argie steak (either tenderloin or rib eye) is Argentinian sweetbread. That's what they call the gland around the kneck and heart of the cow after they've bashed it up and Bar B Q'd it.

Might sound disgusting, but you'll never go back once you try it.

Not sure I'd trust a strip of it from a water buffalo though...

That sounds a bit like a few restaurants in Chiang Mai. Once you try them you'll never go back.

BTW, there's nothing wrong with buff meat, especially a well developed foetus.
