Valentine
I guess there are many out there who have no idea about swimming pools & happy to believe what the salesman says. All pools require maintenance. Do some due diligence. Compare systems & quotes from other companies. The cheapest & quickest does not mean it is the the best & may well end up costing more over the long term.
bluesmith
You guys are right what I ment was little maintance no regrouting of tiles or replaceing them. the pumb an filter system in a concrete pool or a fiber glass or what ever still has to do the same work to keep it clean. And when they break down that a lot of money. I no I had one in AUS for twenty years just asking about this new product. If a bloke had a lot of money I would like a polished concrete pool the ducks nuts.
pluto_manibo
Mate, JD pools are not cheap and without footings. Flexible to ground movement....very dubious about that. As stated before it needs just as much maintenance, if not more. I would be very weary of these oversized, overpriced bathtubs. Yes, the easy installation might appeal to some but then again easy come easy go! To me they look cheap...in quality only.
cdnvic
If you want a fairly low maintenance pool, get a concrete pool with only the waterline tiled, and have it painted with an epoxy paint. If the job is done right the tiles will last many years.
