Help please!!

We have a mango tree/bush planted about 6 months ago. Feed it weekly and it produces flowers, so far have had just 1 mango form. There seem to have been other tiny ones starting to grow but overnight disappear.

Last night we noticed a few small irridescent beetles on the flower stems having a feast! How do we protect it and how do we stop them?

Does anyone know of any pesticides that are easily available?

All help gratefully appreciated.
