I would be meaning "In my honest opinion."

Would mean "In my opinion"

Honest isn't always a straight opposite to lying, it can mean sincere, candid ( as in blunt, not necessarily honest ), or even trusty amongst others.

In my candid opinion works well, so yes honest could well be part of the acronym, however I believe it is generally associated with IMHumbleO.
